Annual General Meeting | 4 February 2025

The Annual General Meeting of the BBC Old Collegians’ Association will take place on Tuesday, 4 February 2025 at 6pm at Brisbane Boys’ College in the Bisset Gallery.

1. The President’s Report for the 2024 Financial Year

2.  The Treasurer’s Financial Report for the 2024 Financial Year

3.  Honorary Old Collegians accepted during 2024

4.  Proposed amendments to the OCA Constitution. 

5.  Election of OCA Executive Committee Members

The AGM will be followed by a meeting of the new OCA Executive Committee.

Nominations should be submitted in written form, signed by the candidate and endorsed by two nominating members. These nominations, must be submitted to the Secretary at least seven days prior to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) where the election will take place. At the AGM, attending members will cast their votes to fill the available candidate vacancies.

Special Matters for Agenda: any member may request that a special matter be placed on the Agenda of the AGM. The request must reach the office of the OCA no later than Monday, 27 January 2025 –   If the Committee so decides, the matter will be included in the business of the meeting.
