BBC Old Collegians’ Association
A salute to our centenary!

On 27 August 1920 the Old Collegians’ Association was officially formed, in the spirit of offering BBC Old Boys a way to stay connected to one another and maintain links with the College.

Now, 100 years later, we’re asking you to keep this spirit strong and become part of a new tradition by pausing on 27 August and raising your boater to your BBC brothers, past, present and future, wherever they may be in Australia or the world.  So dust off your boater, or print a temporary life-size ‘boater’ here and show us how you will commemorate the day by sending in your photos and clips or sharing them on social media.

Get creative:
Take a ‘BBC generations’ photo of grandad, dad and sons.
Get a group photo of your BBC mates, brothers or cousins online or in person.
Take a photo with an iconic landmark in the background.
If you work or play with other OCs, get a ‘team’ photo

The possibilities are endless. Just remember to caption the photos, and don’t forget to include #BBCRaiseYourBoaterDay

We’ll share your images with the rest of the BBC community on 27 August, a day when we hope you’ll join us in remembering the Green, White, Black, and the enduring spirit of the BBC Clan.
